Whether you’re new to fitness or pushing yourself to new limits, our group fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels. This is done by adapting exercises and movements to ensure each individual is working at their optimal level.

PERSONALISED
As a client, you will not just be another number in the group. All sessions are held by a qualified Personal Trainer at all times and session numbers are limited. This is to ensure your technique is correct and you are receiving the encouragement and push you need to achieve great results.
MEN AND LADIES WELCOME
Sessions are designed for both males and females of all fitness levels. Focus on bettering yourself in a supportive environment surrounded by like minded people.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Training directly with Elly, you will be accountable to the goals we set together at the start of your program. We will work hard together to ensure you see the results you want. I will consistently push you and motivate you to achieve them.
VARIETY
All sessions focus on full body workouts and include a range of training styles. You will be completing a huge variety of exercises like running, boxing and plyometric exercises.
Expect to use all sorts of equipment such as medicine balls, dumbbells, power bags and of course body weight!
