The 6 week boot camp is designed to increase your health and fitness. It is a boot camp that includes 2,3 or unlimited 1 hour classes for 6 weeks. Each class will be completely different and will include a variety of cardio, resistance and body weight training designed to work all areas of your body. The 6 week challenge will include nutritional advice, food diaries, body measurements, fitness and strength tests so we can track your progress. These classes will be tailored a lot more to your health and fitness goals.
