I can definitely recommend Ninja Fitness! Elly is great and you always get a full body workout. I take my 18 month old son with me to the 9:15 session and it works out well! I really thought I won't be able to exercise due to having a little one, but Elly is so accommodating and my son surprises me everytime by sitting in his pram for the hour. Moms, give it a try! My son is a real busy body and I get to exercise with him around, so you can too .
