Throughout the year Ninja Fitness runs multiple fitness and health challenges to help motivate, encourage and excite clients. These challenges range from 4-8 weeks and have many amazing inclusions such as

Spring into Summer Challenge

The Spring into Summer Challenge is a 8 week challenge that is going to help YOU refocus on your goals and help you be confident and active in the lead up to Summer. Imagine losing those extra winter/lock down kgs and toning up your body, so come Summer you feel absolutely amazing? Let’s achieve this together!

Winter Warrior Challenge

The Winter Warrior Challenge was a 8 week challenge designed to motivate and help create year long habits. Winter is not a time to break and rest. Throughout this challenge clients were encouraged to maintain or create new routines that they can implement year round.

Fitness Restart Challenge

The Fitness Restart Challenge was a 4 week challenge designed to help clients restart their health and fitness routines after the holiday period. This challenge focused on helping clients get back into a motivated routine and set their goals up for the year.

Summer Shred Challenge

The Summer Shred Challenge was a 8 week health and fitness challenge designed to help clients lose weight and tone up for Summer. This challenge helped clients lose their winter weight and focus on being confident for Summer.

Drop A Dress Size Challenge

The Drop A Dress Size Challenge was a 8 week challenge designed to help ladies regain confidence , feel good day to day. Throughout this challenge clients worked hard on creating better eating and exercise habits to achieve the ultimate goal of losing a dress size.
