These 45 minute classes are full body workouts designed for women of all fitness levels. Boxing, weights and body weight exercises are incorporated into the sessions to provide a fun, challenging workout. Modifications are provided to ensure each individual can complete the workout comfortably and confidently.

  • One in person class is $15 a week
  • Two in person classes a week is $25
  • Unlimited weekly packages

Online classes with zoom​

These zoom classes are 30 minute workouts which can be done live or as a recording at a time that suits your schedule. There are three types of workouts spread out over the week. Full body burner , Boxing burner and Core burner. Modifications are provided to ensure each individual can complete the workout comfortably and confidently.

Ninja Fitness classes include a mixture of low impact and high impact exercises. We include boxing classes , weight sessions , HIIT and LIIT into our weekly schedule. Classes differ each week to keep it fresh and exciting. We cater the classes to suit your ability and fitness level. So whether you have injuries or are a beginner we will ensure you feel confident and comfortable throughout the classes.

No, we require all new members to get in touch to book their spot. To book in for your first class please email elly.rodrigues@ninjafitness.co.nz
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, if you have not heard back in that time please check your junk mail.

Please wear comfortable training clothes and footwear. You will also need a water bottle , towel and a positive attitude ready to have fun and push yourself mentally and physically. Please aim to arrive 5-10 mins before your class starts

Yes. All classes are kids/babies friendly. Please ensure you have everything they need so they can be entertained throughout the session and you can focus on your workout.
